ACTS Seminaries is pleased to announce that Dr. Estera Boldut, MAMFT, RSW, PsyD, has been appointed as the new Program Director for the Marriage and Family Therapy program. Dr. Boldut has been at ACTS since 2012 as an instructor and clinical coordinator for the MFT program. She recently earned her Doctor of Psychology degree at California Southern University, where her dissertation focused on empathy, compassion and burnout prevention among mental health practitioners. Her areas of expertise include working with adults with developmental disabilities who also struggle with mental health, adoption issues, and the integration of spirituality and therapy.
We want to express our appreciation for Dr. Ian Verseveldt, who has served as Program Director for the MFT program since 2003. His 17 years of dedication and service have made the MFT program into what it is today. We are grateful that Dr. Verseveldt will continue to teach in the MFT program as a senior faculty member.
You are invited to join Dr. Boldut at a series of online town halls to congratulate her on this new position and learn more about what’s in store for the Marriage and Family Therapy program in 2020.
