This course is designed to facilitate the spiritual formation of Spiritual and Mental Health Practitioners for professional ministry. The interdisciplinary perspective will focus on understanding spiritual formation in the context of theology, human development, and contemporary culture.
This course examines issues related to leading a small group ministry, such as: a biblical perspective of small groups, types of small groups, relationship-building and relational dynamics in small groups, roles and personalities of small group members and leaders, organization and growth of a small group ministry, and small group leadership development.
