ACTS Seminaries Accreditation Re-Affirmed by Association of Theological Schools

We are pleased to announce that the Association of Theological Schools (ATS) Commission on Accreditation has affirmed the accreditation of ACTS Seminaries for another 10 years, until July 2032. This decision comes as the culmination of an 18-month institutional self-study, and an evaluation visit by an ATS accreditation committee in March 2022.

The ATS accreditation committee recognized a number of distinctive strengths in our theological education, as well as areas for continued attention, development and improvement over the next ten years. We are committed to building on these strengths and working to address those areas identified as needing attention and improvement, with the goal of providing the highest quality theological education and formation for our students.

We would like to acknowledge the faculty, staff and students who invested significant time and effort in the self-study and the accreditation visit. The ATS visit committee recognized and praised the clear commitment of faculty, staff and students to the mission of ACTS Seminaries, as well as their honesty and candor. We are also grateful for the work of the ATS accreditation committee. Their goal in this process is the same as our own: that ACTS Seminaries would be ever more effective in fulfilling our mission – preparing godly Christian leaders to participate in the work of God in the church and the world.
