This expositional study will examine the singular place that Paul occupies for Luke in the earliest gospel witness throughout the Roman Empire. This course will also seek to demonstrate how close attention to the matter of available Jewish and Greco-Roman background material can illuminate the text, leading to more confident preaching and teaching.
