Doug Heidebrecht, Ph.D. is the Director of Global Training and Associate Professor of Mission and Theology at MB Seminary. His new book, Women in Ministry Leadership, explores the journey of the Mennonite Brethren and their attempt to find consensus in their convictions and practice regarding the role of women in church ministry and leadership. Author Doug Heidebrecht examines how both conference leaders as well as local church members have actively particpated in this significant conversation.
