This course examines issues related to leading a small group ministry, such as: a biblical perspective of small groups, types of small groups, relationship-building and relational dynamics in small groups, roles and personalities of small group members and leaders, organization and growth of a small group ministry, and small group leadership development.
This course is designed to facilitate increased awareness and understanding of the historical developments of Christian spirituality from the early New Testament church to the current time period.
